After years of bringing the freshest underground house sounds to an ever-growing following in their home town of Amsterdam, these two Dutch youngsters (Homework) were catapulted onto the underground house clique following their head turning ‘Fissa Tune EP’ on Exploited earlier this year.

On meeting the guys on a recent trip to the ‘Dam and hearing the Trumpet Express demo; a hypnotic trumpet line combined with the duo’s illusory sampling style and underpinned by beautifully simple, yet pounding house beats, label boss Jesse Rose signed the EP (Beatport) quicker than you can say ‘where can I buy clogs and some tulip oil please?’

‘Behind The Fence’ and ‘The Rules of Hip’ provide an intoxicating change of scene.
